To respond to the owner: Feelings have nothing to do with this. As to correct you regarding the dates, I contacted your agency on Dec 22, 2025. The email trail that I would be happy to provide contains instances asking for the agent to respond letting me know if they were still interested in earning my business. Finally today I received the quotes with items missing from it so I can't even compare it to my current policies. It's good to check your facts.
