"Poor communication. Two weeks of asking for quotes. Radio silence or empty promises from their end. Truly disappointing that as rates continue to increase, the level of customer service is lacking more now than ever.

To respond to the owner: Feelings have nothing to do with this. As to correct you regarding the dates, I contacted your agency on Dec 22, 2025. The email trail that I would be happy to provide contains instances asking for the agent to respond letting me know if they were still interested in earning my business. Finally today I received the quotes with items missing from it so I can't even compare it to my current policies. It's good to check your facts. I do appreciate your quick response to this posting, though."
